Philanthropic gifts have always been important to Methodist Hospital. Since its beginnings in 1908, gracious donors have significantly contributed to the growth and success of Methodist Hospital programs and services.

Methodist Hospital Society

Members of Methodist Hospital Society are very special friends of Methodist Health Foundation, whose annual gifts of $1,000 or more are directed to the Methodist Hospital Society Endowment, the Medical Staff Fund, a specific purpose fund of their choice or the area of greatest needs.

Income from the Methodist Hospital Society endowment provides necessary funding for physician fellowships that help IU Health Methodist attract, train and retain some of the world’s finest medical specialists.
