Thanks to all of you on the 7th floor for the great care you have given me when I have been hospitalized. I feel that I have many new friends and I have been singing your praises since my transplant in October 2014. Everyone on the floor has helped me immeasurably with your dedication and compassion. I miss you and hope that I only return as a visitor.
A hospital can only be as good as the nursing staff it supports and nurtures. My stay at Methodist Hospital last June, during and after CABG surgery, was characterized by a wonderful group of nurses who were clearly highly trained and caring throughout my recovery. I am most grateful to all those who worked with Dr. Beckman, and especially to those tireless souls who managed my healing afterward. I encourage Methodist Hospital administration to continue to reward this nursing staff with the pay and benefits and autonomy necessary to retain these nurses who are the heart of a very good hospital. Regards, George Bull
Teresa (Oncology), who was so kind and patient, so encouraging, and with a tremendous sense of humor.I never dreaded coming for the treatments ..I could look forward to talking with her and knew I could call her if I had any problems or concerns. She is a great nurse and teacher and I appreciate so much how much all of her advice and her contagious positive attitude. Thank you, Teresa...I will never forget you.
Was in cardiac surgery recovery and was assigned the most delightful and helpful nurse ever. Nicknamed her Charlene Atlas because she was so slight and so incredibly strong. She was only assigned to me for one shift, so didn't catch her given name. But her outstanding care was critical to my speedy recovery.
To the Lab Staff and Multi D Clinic at IU Health Simon Cancer Center: Always has a smile, very caring, thank you all.
Although all of my nurses were very helpful and took great care of me after my transplant Alisha Turner has continued to be my "Go to" person for any and all questions or concerns I ever have. My wife and I have a tremendous comfort level when we have a problem and Alisha is helping us solve it. I have complete confidence in whatever she tells us and she is extremely prompt in getting back to me with an answer, no matter how minor a question it is. We feel very fortunate to have Alisha on our team.
We was at IU Methodist in 2016 - Sept 6th thru 14th and again Oct 9th thru 25th =

Want to thank everyone in this department, you are such a great team of professionals. From the first day to the last one you where there with concern and compassion. You are special to me and Gary Light (the patient) and we pray you continue your great work.
In an extremely short time Courtney Michels has proven herself to be an invaluable team member. She is compassionate, efficient, and kind.
A little over a year ago I had my 4th major surgery, 3 GI related. The nurses that cared for me were all wonderful and went above and beyond. Amy in particular stands out in my memory as being cheerful and helping lift my spirits.
Denise Monahan, thanks for making me and Whitney feel like one of the family and partners in my care and treatment. You're such an important support to us during this difficult journey. Our many, many thanks! -A&W
I would like to say thank you for all that you do doctors and nurses
It has been over a year since Nurse WesleyAnn saw me and stayed by my side in the ED after a near fatal car accident. My husband was airlifted and I arrived by ambulance. Wes was remarkable. She explained things to me, she gave me updates on my husband and answered the questions my daughters had. She had my welfare as a priority. She held my ankle so it wouldn't "pop" back out all the way to my room in the hospital. I felt safe with her. After I got settled in my hospital room she had to go back to the ED. I was scared when she left, she was so supportive I missed her.

Renee Tyler has had such an impact on my recovery from pancreas and transplant surgery. I live almost 3 hours away and it is such a comfort to know that we can email her with any question or concern and she will get back to us. Every time we are at clinic she always has a smile on her face and it is obvious she loves her job. She has just been so caring and thoughtful we feel blessed to have met her.
Nurse Kieffer first provided support for my wife of 49.75 years. Jane dealt with breast cancer three times while having MG for 17 years. MG compromised her treatment options & probably pushed her last cancer over the brink on 10-12-16 . 2016 brought me to Nurse Kieffer following surgery by Alyssa Farjado on 01-12-16 Removal of my thyroid & tumour performed by Hadley Ritter and a nasal procedure by N.Parker on 10-26-16. By Dec'16 my mental situation reached desperate level. Enter Doctor R. Pascuzzi, a.k.a Bob, and more help from Nurse Kieffer. She has provided help that doesn't come in a bottle or from instruments but she has pointed me toward more tomorrows. Thank you all!
